delete decision tree Payoffes

I am new to TreeAge
I am trying to build a decision tree for my assignment. however in the tree it gave me payoff next to the cost.
My question is how to get rid of payoffs as its not of concern to me.

Payoffs is a general term for model outcomes and values. Cost would be one use of a payoff.
If you see payoff and not cost as a label, you probably have not set the calculation method to cost-effectiveness.
