Makrov Decision Tree

We compare an intervention and control group. Cost-effectiveness analysis. The probabilities are all correct and also the costs auf our Markov states (in the table below the decision tree). But when it comes to the cost effectiveness results. The costs the control group are way to high. And also higher than the intervention costs. Has somebody an idea what the problem could be?

Without seeing a model, details of what is in the model, we have no idea where the issue could stem from.

I would suggest sending more details to support @ treeage.com for assistance. Or if you are looking for help from the community, you need to provide more details.

  • I recommend you review the Markov Cohort analysis, where you can see both disease progression and the accumulation of cost and effectiveness over time.

This may help you identify the issue with overall effectiveness.
