Calculating transition probability from metanalysis

Do you know how to calculate transition probabilities from risk difference? The meta-analysis provides data on drug efficacy by stating the risk difference between one treatment regimen and another. How can I use this data to calculate the transition probability to non-diseased and diseased states with this information?

There is a HazardByRate function that applies a relative risk to an existing probability. Perhaps that would work for you.
