Sensitivity Analysis based on a Table

Hi,

I am doing deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analysis of a Markov model. The fact is that there are some variables in the model that are stage-dependent, and they are presented in a table. I'd like to ask how can I do a sensitivity analysis based on a table?

Many thanks!

Sensitivity analysis can only be run on input variables. However, you can enter low and high values as additional columns in a table, then use a variable to move from low to base to high values within each row of the table.

There is actually a TreeAge Pro function to help you setup your table for sensitivity analysis. Documentation is available here.

  • @Andrew, thank you for your reply.

The truth is that the version I am using is TreeAge 2022 R1.2, and it seems that the function-Expand Table for Sensitivity Analysis- is not available for me.

  • That feature was added after 2022, so you will need to update your software to use that feature.
