Add Categories to the Variables Report

A number of Users have requested we add categories to the variables report which can be generated from the Variable Properties View.

Currently, when the variables report is generated it does not list the categories which variables may be sorted into.

The suggested improvement would be to add the Categories into the variables report. This would also allow users to export the report including the categories to Excel.

Please let us know if this would be a useful improvement.
