Create a Bilinks report referencing the cells in Excel

A User has requested a report to assist when using Bilinks in their model. Bilinks are where TreeAge Pro can dynamically link with Excel in both directions - to and from Excel.
The request is for a report which would specifically tell the modeller not only the variables in TreeAge Pro which use Bilinks (there is already a report for this) but also the name of the cell in Excel to which the variable links. For models which use a lot of Bilinks, this could significantly reduce the time it takes to check all the Bilinks.

We added the Bilinks Report with TreeAge Pro 2015, R1.
