Set the same termination conditions for all Markov Nodes

A number of Users have requested the ability to set the termination condition for all Markov nodes with the same condition of their choice.

Currently, the default termination condition for a Markov node is "_STAGE = 120". The suggested improvement would give users the ability to set all Markov nodes with the same termination condition.

Please let us have any suggestions on the implementation of this feature and let us know if this would be a useful improvement.
