Cancer model in monthly cycles

If I have set the Markov cycle length in tree preferences to monthly (1/12) does it automatically calculate values in months? Or will I need to adjust the variables, utilities for example, to a monthly figure?

You will need to ensure all the model values in your model are consistent with the cycle length. It is not automatically done for you. Values such as probabilities, costs and utilities would all be impacted.
If you email us at support@treeage.com (with your question as above) I can send you an example model which has a cycles_per_year variable in. The variable will be referenced throughout your model. And then by changing this variable you can change the cycle length easily.
