Conducting a CEA using DALY using a decision tree

Hi all,

I am conducting a CEA/CUA in TreeAge using DALY as my health index. If anyone has suggestions how to incorporate disability weights to obtain the result as $$/DALY averted that would be great? I am looking to run this analysis for the lifetime of a baby from birth. the plan is use a decision tree but not sure if that's a good approach for a lifetime analysis. There are no state transitions so not sure that markov would be a good option either.

Any help/suggestions/ links to articles would be great.
