To access these features:

1) Make sure your TreeAge Pro license is currently active
2) Update your software by going to Help>Updates
3) Refresh your license by going to Help>License Manager>Internet Authorization
4) If that does not work, visit www.treeage.com, Support >License Details and Installers > enter your serial number > Search / Scroll to the latest version that best fits with your OS > Install > TreeAge will open in the latest version.

Note that not all features are supported across all types of licenses. For example, Markov to Excel Model Conversion is not available on Student Licenses.
