Install TreeAge Pro Excel Add-in

The TreeAge Pro Excel Add-in allows for communication between TreeAge Pro and Excel.

• Exporting some TreeAge Pro graphs to Excel graphs.
• Editing model inputs like variables in Excel then sending updated back to TreeAge Pro.
• Connecting to TreeAge Pro via Visual Basic scripting.

TreeAge Pro does not require add-in installation, but it is required for the functions above.

To install the Add-in...

• Close all Excel windows.
• Start TreeAge Pro (with administrator privileges on Windows).
• Choose Window > Applications from the menu.
• Select  the category Excel Model Configuration.
• Click the Install Add-in button.

After installation, you should see a TreeAge Pro ribbon in Excel.

If installation fails, it is likely that you do not have sufficient administrator privileges required for installation.
